Summer is almost here.  It’s time to kick your butt into your summer health and fitness routine asap!

First off: Eat Breakfast. Yes, Today and everyday from now on, without fail. No matter what. Period. Simple is fine. Leftover (healthy) dinner is fine.  Just restart your furnace. Your body and brain will really thank you in the mid afternoon when your energy schedule shifts.

Are you traveling early – eat breakfast.  Leaving super early and can not get breakfast down at 4 in the morning…

Pack fruit *, nuts, yogurt* ( the 3 oz size- put it in the TSA bag).

Drink a whole bottle of water ( bring your own water bottle) on the way to the airport and eat your quick TravelFit  breakfast while you wait for your first flight.

Yum, Strawberries, Oats and Yogurt for breakfast

Are you reading this and have already skipped breakfast today? Make sure your next meal is a healthy one and put breakfast on your Main schedule for the rest of the week.

Make a point to eat breakfast every day this week. See for yourself why so many studies have concluded that eating breakfast is a key to staying healthy and living a happier and more productive life.

* TravelFit Tip: Freeze some fruit and yogurt the night before your flight. By the time you get to the airport, everything will thaw and be cold and delicious. :)
